These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and B2BDATA LLC ("DocuInfo," "we," "us"), the operator of docuinfo.ai. By creating an account or using DocuInfo, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use DocuInfo for a company, you confirm you can accept these Terms on its behalf.
DocuInfo uses AI to extract data from documents you upload, such as bank statements and receipts, and lets you review, correct, and export the results. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
To use DocuInfo, you must:
One account is for one person. Do not share your login.
Page limits. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI pages. Each physical page of an uploaded document counts as one page: a 10-page bank statement uses 10 pages, and a receipt photo uses 1. Pages count only when a document is processed successfully. Deleting a document later does not return its pages. Unused pages do not roll over. If an upload would go over your remaining pages, it will not be processed.
Free plan. The Free plan includes 50 pages per month and resets at the start of each calendar month. We may change or end the Free plan with notice.
Paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe. Your pages reset at the start of each billing period. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and do not include taxes, which may be added where required.
Automatic renewal. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at each renewal.
Upgrades and downgrades. You can change plans from the Billing page. Stripe may prorate the charge for an upgrade in the current period.
Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then renews no more. After that, new uploads are paused until you choose a plan again, but you can still view and download your Document History.
Refunds. New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment by emailing support@docuinfo.ai. This applies once per customer. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it still fails, we may pause uploads until the payment is resolved.
Price changes. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price change affects your next renewal.
You own your content. Your documents, extracted data, and exports belong to you. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit them only as needed to provide DocuInfo to you, including through the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your documents to train AI models.
You need the right to upload. Only upload documents you own or are authorized to process, such as your own records or a client's records you are permitted to handle. You are responsible for any required notices to, or consents from, the people named in your documents.
You may not:
Always review your results. DocuInfo uses AI, and AI can misread documents. Extracted amounts, dates, names, and totals may be wrong or missing, especially for blurry photos, handwriting, or unusual layouts. Our automatic checks can flag some problems, but they will not catch every error.
You are responsible for reviewing and correcting results before you rely on them, for example in bookkeeping, tax filings, loan applications, or business decisions.
Not professional advice. DocuInfo is a data-extraction tool. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Service provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, DocuInfo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
Limit on our liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of DocuInfo. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid us.
Your responsibility. You agree to cover our reasonable costs from claims caused by documents you upload without the right to do so, or by your breach of these Terms.
Some states do not allow certain limits on warranties or liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
You can stop using DocuInfo and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if we must do so by law, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. When possible, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will give you reasonable time to download your data. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Sections 3 (your content), 4, 5, and 7 continue to apply after your account ends.
Changes to these Terms. If we make important changes, we will update the effective date and notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using DocuInfo after that, you accept the new Terms.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about DocuInfo. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
