Private to your account
Only you can see your documents. Every request is checked against your login, and database rules block access to anyone else's files.
Encrypted storage in the US
Files are kept in private, encrypted Microsoft Azure storage in the United States. Account data is stored in an encrypted database, also in the US.
Encrypted in transit
Everything sent between your browser and DocuInfo AI travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Originals deleted after 7 days
The PDF you upload is automatically deleted 7 days after upload. Your extracted data and downloads stay in your history.
Delete anytime
Delete any document from your History and we permanently remove it, along with every saved file and download.
Trusted providers
Extraction runs on Microsoft Azure AI. Payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.

Deleted documents

Page usage
Pages are counted when you upload. Deleting a document doesn't restore pages already used that month.

Email support@docuinfo.ai and we'll permanently delete all of your documents and files.
